A Note from Rebecca
Along with my husband Jim, we are long-time residents of Ohio's Amish Country. I have always had a passion for entertaining with food and took a leap of faith in October 2002 in pursuing my dream of owning my own bistro. Together, we chose a charming log cabin in Walnut Creek, Ohio, which dates back to the early to mid-1800s, as the site for our restaurant to unfold.
Fast forward to today and, despite several renovations and expansions, Rebecca's Bistro still serves it guests from this same log cabin. Our quaint, community feel coupled with simple, quality ingredients draws in visitors from all walks of life. But our commitment to forming a connection with everyone who walks in the door is what sets us apart. Simply put, we are "A Gathering of Friends."
What to Expect
Rebecca's serves breakfast Monday through Saturday from 8am to 10:30am and lunch from 10:30am to 3pm. The lunch menu includes salads, hearty sandwiches, savory soups, various entrees, and delightful desserts. All sandwiches can be ordered with our popular gluten free bread. The menu is limited in offerings, but changes biweekly to provide customers with a variety of dining options. We insist on quality ingredients and use locally grown, seasonal, fresh fruits and vegetables.
The breakfast menu includes omelettes, stuffed French toast, and the local favorite—creamed eggs over toast. Plus, Rebecca's Bistro has a variety of espresso drinks, tea's, and fruit smoothies.
